HIP Program Primary Stretching Routine

This stretching routine is designed to help prepare your body for the start of the HIP program. A good goal is to try and complete this routine 3 to 4 times per week. Please warm up for 2 to 5 minutes prior to stretching.

 

HIP Program Full Stretching Routine

This stretching routine should be done daily during the HIP Program. It is designed to help you recover from your work outs, prevent injury, and improve flexibility. Please complete these stretches following either your muscle conditioning workout or cardiovascular training.
